Living Unedited begins at the table —
because real food, real connection, and real joy
create the foundation for a deliberate life.

I’m Catherine Richey — chef, life & health coach (ICF-accredited training), and Harvard-trained in sustainable nutrition and the psychology of wellness.

After 14 years as a private chef serving high-performing households, I began to see a pattern.

From the outside, many lives looked accomplished.

At the table, something felt unfinished.

That is where my coaching work began.

For years, I worked in homes where success was visible — but clarity was not always present.

I saw how food, stress, relationships, and unspoken expectations quietly shaped people’s health and energy.

Eventually, I realized my work was not just about meals.

It was about helping people live more intentionally in the life they had built.

That realization led me to formal coaching training and advanced study in nutrition and wellness.

Today, I combine practical structure with emotional discernment — so clients experience measurable change without shame or extremes.

Why My Approach Works

Transformation at this stage is not about adding more.

It is about recalibrating what is already present.

My approach integrates:

• Practical nutrition without rigidity
• Lifestyle structure that protects energy
• Honest reflection around values and identity
• Accountable action rooted in intention

This work is structured.

It is steady.

And it is designed to last.

Who I Work With

I work with adults 50–65 who have built meaningful lives and are now asking deeper questions:

Is my health aligned with how I want to live?
Is my relationship evolving with this stage?
Am I investing my time in what

truly matters?

This is not crisis work.

It is refinement.

It is discernment in action.
